I’m sorry I missed sending flowers last week, but without a computer at home I am not as productive. Anyway, this week will be bonus week because you will get two flowers. The first is called, “I have no idea what it is.” I got it from an old friend, Carolyn, as a bulb. It sits in a pot with no leaves most of the year and then suddenly this thing below appears. It hangs around for a few days, and then it is gone for another year.
I know what the next flowers are. My mother loved them. They behave in a similar way as the flower above. They are rain lilies and this is an apropriate time of year for them to sprout up. I never remember where my mother planted them (scattered is more like it) until the rains force them to reveal themselves. Then they are all over.
